1 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.)
³⁄₄ fl oz	Whipping cream
³⁄₄ fl oz	Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Hurricane glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a HURRICANE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Method

BLEND all ingredients with 1.5 x 7oz scoops of crushed ice.
POUR into chilled glass.

Garnish

Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim skewered with cherry.
Serve with a straw.

A big hit with the kids. Since I started making cocktails at home they’ve been begging me for their own versions. So now each Sunday is cocktail night where I prepare them each an alcohol-free cocktail from this website. This is by far their favourite.

Instead of the cream I add some coconut dairy free yoghurt. Want to add some of the M&S coconut ice cream as well to really experiment with the recipe.

My kids loved this drink. There was a little leftover after I divvied out their drinks so I added a mix of rums, lime juice, more pineapple juice, and falernum to drink the rest myself.
