Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
1 12 oz Dubonnet/French rouge aromatised wine
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters optional
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

BENTLEY COCKTAIL.
½ Calvados, or Apple Brandy.

There is a nice cosy feeling about this somewhat simple recipe. Can be used as a comforter after a long day out in the cold.
