Ingredients:
3 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
1 1/2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
3/4 fl oz Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur
1/6 fl oz Balsamic vinegar of Modena
1 grind Black pepper
2 1/2 fl oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine

Balsamic covered strawberry

How to make:

MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.

Adapted from a cocktail discovered in 2010 at Bordeaux Quay in Bristol, England.
