3/4 fl oz | Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur |
1/6 fl oz | Balsamic vinegar of Modena |
1 grind | Black pepper |
2 1/2 fl oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
Garnish:
Balsamic covered strawberry
How to make:
MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.
