¹⁄₂ fl oz	Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
4 fl oz	Brut champagne/sparkling wine

How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.

Method

STIR honey with whisky in base of shaker until honey is dissolved.
Add apple juice and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
TOP with sparkling wine.

If you don't overdo it with the sparkling wine topper, all of the base flavors are remarkably apparent. Sort of like a carbonated sweet cider.

Very nice. A little on the smoky side, but not overwhelming. Honey and apple juice adds interesting sweetness to the Scotch.

Even though I used an affordable prosecco instead, it still tastes very luxurious. Nice bubbly cocktail.
