The light green colour comes from the sugar snap peas and their delicate flavour sits well in this floral Aviation-style cocktail.

Created in 2018 by Gareth "G" Franklin, Luxardo global brand ambassador, this cocktail was originally called Howard Hughes, but given the recipe includes sugar snap peas, G thought "Oh! Snap!" more appropriate.
