Glass:

Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
34 oz Disaronno amaretto
14 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
4 drop Bob's Vanilla bitters
13 oz Chilled water
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of three almonds.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with three almonds dropped into the cocktail.

Wow, Simon, you did great ! Just made this as I just got my Bobs Bitters Vanilla in the mail today! Even dug around and found three, plain organic almonds to boot! Only difference , I had Martini & Rossi extra dry vermouth on hand !

I didn't have vanilla bitters so used vanilla extract and expressed lemon peel, then added as garnish. For my palate, this added a tart layer that balanced well with the amaretto and vodka.

Had this after dinner with an strawberry almond tarte. It is great and went well with the almond dessert. Would do again. Not too sweet.
