Prepare

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist & Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN back into shaker.
DRY SHAKE (without ice).
FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

I made this in an attempt to find a way I enjoy absinthe more since that 70cl is going to to last forever for Sazerac rinses. Turns out?m, I quite like an absinthe sour! Pleasant surprise for this absinthe agnostic.
