Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
56 oz Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot)
23 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
13 oz Giffard Caramel Toffee liqueur
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of cocoa powder..
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Dust surface with cocoa powder.

History:

Recipe created in February 2022 by yours truly in Rye, England, a mere 27 miles from where, in 1971, Nigel Mackenzie and Ian Dowding created the Banoffee Pie at their The Hungry Monk Restaurant in Jevington, East Sussex (they were owner and chef respectively).
