2⁄3 oz | Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur |
1⁄3 oz | Giffard Caramel Toffee liqueur |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
A vodka Espresso Martini with the banana and toffee flavours found in the eponymous dessert.
Recipe created in February 2022 by yours truly in Rye, England, a mere 27 miles from where, in 1971, Nigel Mackenzie and Ian Dowding created the Banoffee Pie at their The Hungry Monk Restaurant in Jevington, East Sussex (they were owner and chef respectively).
One serving of Banoffee Espresso Martini contains 198 calories
