Prepare
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of cocoa powder and dried banana chip.
Method
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- Dust surface with cocoa powder and garnish with dried banana chip.

History
Recipe created in February 2022 by yours truly in Rye, England, a mere 27 miles from where, in 1971, Nigel Mackenzie and Ian Dowding created the Banoffee Pie at their The Hungry Monk Restaurant in Jevington, East Sussex (they were owner and chef respectively).
