1/2 fl oz	Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
1/2 fl oz	Amaro Santoni
1/2 fl oz	Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz	Pineapple juice
1/4 fl oz	Agave syrup (agave nectar)
4 drop	Difford's Margarita Bitters
2 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

Yaay, another great cocktail with Amaro Santoni, I love that stuff! A lot of flavors to unpack here, a lot of dimension. Had to improvise on the bitters and included lavender with good results having been unable to find Difford's Margarita Bitters in Seattle. Will look into shipping.
