Ingredients:
7 fresh Raspberries
2 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 fl oz Giffard Crème de Framboise
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura (optional)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare raspberries for garnish.
  3. MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients.
  5. SHAKE with ice.
  6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  7. Garnish with raspberries.

Created in 1997 by Dick Bradsell, London, England and originally named Raspberry Martini.
