Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
7 fresh Raspberries
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Giffard Crème de Framboise
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura optional
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare raspberries for garnish.
  3. MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients.
  5. SHAKE with ice.
  6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  7. Garnish with raspberries.

I really like this cocktail. By the way, what is the brand of the martini glass used in that beautiful photograph?

The photograph dates back to the early 2000s and we only started recording the glasses used in each photograph recently so I've no idea manufacturer. Sadly the glass has long since been lost from our collection.
