1 1/2 fl oz White overproof rum (unaged Jamaican/funky)
1 1/2 fl oz Pineapple juice
1 1/2 fl oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
5/12 fl oz Monin Strawberry Syrup
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge, Luxardo Maraschino Cherry & mint sprigs bouquet.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
