Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
3 fl oz Pineapple juice
12 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 fl oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
Top up with Ginger ale
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lime wedge

How to make:

SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale, lightly stir and serve with straws.

Great drink. I made it both with of ginger ale and ginger beer; 1-2oz of ginger beer worked better for me. The ginger ale made the drink too sweet. Added a dash of ango too.

Decent drink, but I have a feeling this suits a typical ginger ale (think Schweppes) rather than a spicy one/ginger syrup + Soda.
