Ingredients:

10 fresh	Mint leaves
2 oz	Hayman's London Dry Gin
1⁄2 oz	Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
1 oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄2 oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.

How to make:

3. Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
4. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
5. FINE STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish:

6. Garnish with lemon slice.
7. Serve with a straw.
