Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
14 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
1 12 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Lovely! Bright and tasty. Reminds me of a 50-50 bar — but with growing complexity and satisfaction instead of a sugar high and the inevitable letdown.
