How to make:
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and briefly stir.

2/3 fl oz | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Orange Curaçao liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 1/2 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |

Originally made at the Good Hope Hotel in Falmouth, Jamaica. The Good Hope is an 18th Century country house set in a 2,000-acre plantation high in the lush landscape of Cockpit Country near Montego Bay.
