Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Elderflower liqueur
1 oz Poire William eau-de-vie
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon zest twist & rosemary sprig

How to make:

SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. TOP with soda and serve with straws.

Created in 2007 by Colin Asare-Appiah, London, England. Colin named this drink after the wife of the 14th-century alchemist Nicolas Flamel, who supported her husband in his search for the Philosopher's Stone.
