We think this is a beautifully balanced cocktail. Perfect fun for a sunny Sunday afternoon BBQ. We experimented with two variants: substituting Italicus and then Acqua Bianca for the Genepy. We kept to the proportional measure in both cases: 22.5ml. Both we enjoyed, although the one with Italicus being perhaps slightly less complex than the original and the one with Acqua Bianca slightly less balanced.
