Glass:

Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
12 sprig Rosemary sprig
8 fresh Green grapes (seedless)
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Elderflower liqueur
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of rosemary sprig.

How to make:

  1. Strip leaves from rosemary and MUDDLE with grapes in base of shaker.
  2. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with rosemary sprig.

Review:

Rosemary spiced gin with grape juice and elderflower: very aromatic.

I think the elderflower a little overwhelming, I’d reduce that down next time. The rosemary only really appears in the aftertaste.

Round, fruity aftertaste with the rosemary and gin aromatics twinkling top of palate. The grape taints the elderflower, softening the clarity of it and the herbal cut of the gin. Certainly some interesting subtlties... Used lemon, and lime might be preferable...
