1 23 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
1 23 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare cinnamon powder for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon powder.

What a surprise. From a few ingredients and a garnish, the variety of flavours is staggering. Perfect amount of sweetness and the garnish comes through at the end of each drink. Perfect on a warm afternoon or before dinner.
