Tried, definitely needs more lime juice - double the spec, at a bare minimum. Potential for more, but certainly requires retooling.

Thought this should blow my mind snd was a disappointment. Threw in a load more lime juice and it was sla big improvement. Probably won’t drink again though

I’m a big fan of this drink as is, everyone’s taste is different and different brand coconut waters does also make a big difference. I don’t shake this drink, however I do build it in a Collins glass so maybe the extra dilution from shaking? Your body absorbs the natural electrolytes from coconut water faster than anything else out their, it plays with the idea of if you’re going to drink and dehydrate yourself, might as well have a mixer which is phenomenal for hydration lol

Coconut water is too much present in there concerning the taste. I think a bit more lime juice and sugar syrup could make a difference. Maybe a spiced rum as well ?

This one was a bit bland ... bumped up the lime juice and added some grapefruit juice and it made it okay, but probably wouldn't come back for another.

Cut the coconut water down to 2 1/2 ounces it's perfect, very refreshing.

Mixed. I felt like it was trying to be a creamy-sort of drink but ended up tasting a bit 'runny' and strong.. My urge is to take it in a creamier direction maybe with coconut milk or cream added to thicken it?

I did not like this. I wondered if the flavor profile of coconut waters from different manufacturers would show much variation. Mine was ‘365 Everyday Value’ from Whole Foods and claimed to be 100% organic pulp free juice from Thailand.

I preferred it with 10 cl coconut water instead of 12 when using the water from a fresh coconut. Not everyone likes coconut water though.

Flavour variation between different brands of coconut water tends to more the degree of concentration so given dilution from the ice I wouldn't have thought that is what makes or breaks the drink.
