How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum|
|1/4 fl oz||Yellow Chartreuse liqueur|
|1/2 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/4 fl oz||Agave syrup|
|1 dash||Bob's Grapefruit Bitters|
|3 fresh||Mint leaves|
|1/4 fl oz||Pasteurised egg white|
