Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura optional
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered chilled green olive &/or lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish &/or garnish with skewered olive.

This and a 5:3 Martini are a nice cocktail if you are having a sociable evening. Lots of botanicals with a gin backbone.
