Ingredients:
1 12 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
34 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
34 oz Lustau East India Solera Cream Sherry chilled
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History:

Adapted from a recipe called "East India Negroni" created by Steven Dragun, US ambassador for Lustau Sherry, and so named due to his use of Lustau's East India Solera Cream Sherry.
