Maraschino cherries & sage leaves
How to make:
MUDDLE cherries in base of shaker. Add sage leaves and lightly bruise with the muddler. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
3 whole | Maraschino cherry (from jar in syrup) |

1 1/2 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
1/2 fl oz | Vermouth di Torino |
1 fl oz | Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed) |
1 barspoon | Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries |

History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2015 by Dominic Krempels at Archer Street, Soho, London, England. Dominic's original recipe calls for Martell XO cognac and Cocchi Torini vermouth.
