Review:

As the name suggests, sage subtly influences this fruity cognac based cocktail served on the rocks. Fruity and easy.

Relatively rich recipe. Though I never would've suspected sage and cherry being this fine a combo. I subbed the Cognac with Planat VS. This drink definitely has potential. Maybe the cherry syrup needs to go first - let the other ingredients shine through?... I'll definitely come back to this!

I agree; major potential. Was sweet at first, but it grew on me. Will be trying again without the barspoon of syrup.
My sage leaves are small, so I add almost double.
