1 12 oz Metaxa 12 Stars
34 oz Cockburn's White Heights Port chilled
34 oz Cockburn's Tawny Eyes Port chilled
6 drop Bob's Ginseng Bitters optional
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Created by yours truly in October 2025. In ancient Greece, a symposium (from symposion, meaning "drinking together") was a social drinking gathering for intellectual conversation and entertainment. More than just a party.
