1/2 fl oz Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne
3/4 fl oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
1/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of red apple slice.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Review:

I used to make this cocktail with reposado tequila, but it's cleaner and better with blanco tequila. Either way, cassis and apple juice mellow tequila.
