How to make:
MUDDLE peas in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 1/3 fl oz | Rutte Dry Gin |
2/3 fl oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Fiorente Elderflower liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |

History:
Created in 2018 by Gareth “G” Franklin of Luxardo fame, this cocktail was originally called Howard Hughes, but given the recipe includes sugar snap peas, G thought Oh! Snap more appropriate.
