Review:

Boozy yet delicate, beautifully balanced and complex. This Japanese whisky riff on a classic Manhattan benefits from freshening aniseed and minty notes from Strega.

An excellent autumn cocktail. We played with it by using Hibiki Harmony whiskey, reduced volume to 50ml and Chartreuse 7.5ml, instead of Strega. This cocktail has the Manhattan DNA, establishes delicate balance and adds herbal nuance. Definitely on our fall menu.
