5/12 fl oz | Sugar-free sweetener syrup |
1⁄2 pinch | Salt (sea salt) |

How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
- Prepare coffee beans for garnish.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated in a petal formation in the centre of the cocktail's foamy head.

Slightly thinner in mouthfeel than a regular sugar loaded Espresso Martini but equally as tasty.
