Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
0.42 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
34 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Use Hine 12 yo, orange curaçao and Dolin dry vermouth. Really quite nice. The hint of orange with cognac definitely works for me.

A nice idea but too dry for me and not very exciting!
