Review

As you'd expect of a Paloma, refreshing grapefruit and tequila but with delicate bitter complexity.

Made without the soda and served on a big rock. This was very good. The tequila and Montenegro really complement each other here, both coming through nicely, with the grapefruit adding a welcome bitter backbone. Dangerously drinkable.

Pleasant balance of flavours and easy drinking, bitter from the amaro was a nice twist. Wouldn't bother with the soda though, I felt it was too diluted, ginger beer might be nice though.

Perfectly balanced cocktail for when you want something with tequila that's a little lighter on the alcohol, highly recommend this one if you haven't tried it.

OK I doubled this one up to empty my Reposado and Amaro and used Ginger Beer to top up. Served up in a ice filled glass this is really very good. A mix of bitter, sour and sweet and the ginger fizz binding.
Surprisingly smooth and added to my ever growing list of must try again.

Forget the soda water, stir 15ml ginger beer if ya got it. 10 Ml agave for me.

Made it with blanco tequila and added 1/4 oz lime to balance to my taste. Delicious!

I "accidentally" made this with mezcal (it was next to the tequila and I was distracted), for a sort of Paloma Likes Her M&Ms variation. It's great.

Even better with a half shot of lime juice, in my opinion...

Great riff on a Paloma. Served this up, and without the soda water and liked it even better!
