Review

Even with a spoon of cherry syrup, this is fruity and balanced rather than sweet with rum holding its own as the dominant flavour.

Being a daiquiri, it is not as sweet as I was expecting. Very fruit flavor forward with the kick of rum to liven things up.

I like how not sweet this cocktail is. A tiny bit of sour and bitter plus apricot make for a well balanced and complex fruity dry daiquiri. ( I used white grapefruit juice and I think somebody put Everclear in the Maraschino jar.)
