Serve in a Coupe glass
| 1 2⁄3 oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur |
| 1⁄2 oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄6 oz | Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and discarded.
- Garnish with skewered cherry.
