Grappa-laced sweet 'n' sour almond, somewhat reminiscent of a Daiquiri made with aged rum.

A tad too sweet for me - but increase the lemon juice to 15ml and decrease the amaretto to 25ml and it’s delightful!

What a wonderful grappa cocktail. Had it after-dinner with a piece of homemade Bakewell Tart. The grappa added a hint of after-dinner and the amaretto enhanced the almond flavour of the tart. You must be a fan of grappa to like this, but, if you do like grappa, this is a wonderful sweet after-dinner cocktail perfect with a pastry.
