4 fl oz Beef bouillon/Beef Consommé (cold)
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Worcestershire sauce
3 dash Hot pepper sauce (red vinegar-based e.g. Tabasco)
1 pinch Salt (sea salt)
1 grind Black pepper

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of celery salt rim.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
