A riff on the Southside and the Gimlet using cucumber, an ingredient inspired by Hendrick's Gin having recently launched when this gin cocktail was first created.
Created in 2004 by George Delgado at Libation, New York City, USA – originally as a long drink. Christy Pope took the Eastside to Milk & Honey where this now popular straight-up version was created.
Difford’s Guide remains free-to-use thanks to the support of the brands in green above. Values stated for alcohol and calorie content, and number of drinks an ingredient makes should be considered approximate.
