I like this a lot….without the agave syrup

Simple and very good! It is worth adapting the amount of Agave syrup and Angostura to the taste of the used grapefruit (and your personal taste).

Very interesting cocktail. The sweetness of your grapefruit can make a difference. It was sort of sweet and bittersweet in flavour. Not as sweet as a traditional margarita.
