1⁄2 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄2 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
2 1⁄2 fl oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Collins glass

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of basil leaf.

Method

  1. MUDDLE basil in base of shaker.
  2. Add next 4 ingredients (all but tonic water) and SHAKE with ice.
  3. STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring tonic water.

  1. Garnish with basil leaf.
