⁵⁄₆ fl oz	Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
¹⁄₆ fl oz	Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
¹⁄₁₂ fl oz	Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe
2 dash	Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 fl oz	Thomas Henry Tonic Water

How to make

Glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
