Ingredients:
1 1/2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1/2 fl oz Blended Scotch whisky
1/2 fl oz Apple Schnapps liqueur
1/2 fl oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
1/2 fl oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
1/6 fl oz Monin Cinnamon Syrup

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. RIM glass with cinnamon and sugar (moisten the outside edge with sugar syrup and dip into cinnamon powder).
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Apple, vanilla and a hint of Scotch and cinnamon- reminiscent of the dessert but a good deal drier.
