1/2 fl oz | Blended Scotch whisky |
1/2 fl oz | Apple Schnapps liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
1/2 fl oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
1/6 fl oz | Monin Cinnamon Syrup |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- RIM glass with cinnamon and sugar (moisten the outside edge with sugar syrup and dip into cinnamon powder).
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
