Ingredients:
1 12 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
12 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
12 oz Galliano L'Autentico liqueur
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice or large cube).

First sip was rough second sip was interesting third sip I was sold. The galliano plays surprisingly well with the mezcal and the peychauds is a much welcome sweetness once the flavors all settle on the palette.

I added a half teaspoon of cinnamon syrup to this spec and personally find it substantially improved! Try it if you have it!
