Serve in

Collins (small 8oz) glass...
2 fl oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white
1 dash La Fee Parisienne absinthe
Top up with Soda from siphon

How to make:

Vigorously SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass (without ice). TOP with soda water from a siphon.
