2 wedge Pineapple (fresh)
fl oz Bacardi Carta Oro Rum
½ fl oz Chartreuse Verte (Green Chartreuse)
½ fl oz Creme de cacao liqueur (white)
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ fl oz Chilled water

How to make:

MUDDLE pineapple in base of shaker. ADD other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Pineapple wedge on rim

Comment:

A Pineapple Daiquiri with two liqueurs giving a herbal chocolate influence.
