Serve in a Flute glass

Ingredients:
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
2 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
2 oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select a Flute glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of rosemary sprig.
  3. POUR first 2 ingredients into chilled glass.
  4. TOP with sparkling wine and briefly stir.
  5. Garnish with rosemary sprig.

History:

The appearance of this cocktail is reminiscent of the red and green foliage of the plant, which derives its name from Joel Roberts Poinsett, who is credited with introducing the plant to the US in the 1820s.

Used Dry Curacao to lessen the sweetness. Very nice brunch, champaign drink.
