How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|2 fl oz||Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum|
|1/2 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/3 fl oz||Grenadine/pomegranate syrup (2:1)|
|1/3 fl oz||Chilled water (omit if wet ice)|
This Daiquiri is particularly delicate in its balance between sweet and sour.
Made with Bacardi rum and lime (rather than lemon) and this becomes the Bacardi Cocktail

2 Dashes Lemon Juice.
1 Glass Bacardi Rum.
