Serve in

Old-fashioned glass...
2 fl oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
½ fl oz Ricard Pastis
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

Lemon slice & cherry on stick (sail)

Comment:

Pastis adds a pleasing hint of anise and liquorice to the classic Whisky Sour.
