How to make

Glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I liked this more than expected! Made with Dolin Dry. Nice amount of Elderflower without being too overwhelming. Nice amount of sweetness, for my taste, too.

What a nice cocktail. Dry, yet has a nice floral component from the Elderflower liqueur. Was also pushing my sweetness limit, but not by much. Very enjoyable.

Very nice and wonderful mix of flavours. I did find it a little sweet for my tastes, but I tend to like things dry. I might consider trying it with a little less Elderflower.
