How to make:
STIR ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

|1 1/2 fl oz||Hayman's Old Tom Gin|
The botanicals in gin combine brilliantly with Byrrh to create a cocktail that works as well as an apéritif as it does a digestif.
