Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:

1 oz	Absolut Vanilia Vodka
1⁄2 oz	Heering Cherry Liqueur
1⁄2 oz	White crème de cacao liqueur
1 oz	Single cream/half-and-half
1⁄3 oz	Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative optional

How to make:

1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
2. Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
4. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
6. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
