Creme Egg Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 1⁄2 oz	Vanilla flavoured vodka
1⁄2 oz	Licor 43 Original liqueur
1⁄2 oz	White crème de cacao liqueur
1⁄2 oz	Advocaat liqueur
1⁄2 oz	Whipping cream

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
2. RIM glass with chocolate – use a microwave or bain marie to melt a few squares of dark chocolate in a saucer and then and dip the rim of the glass into the melted chocolate.
3. Prepare garnish of grated chocolate and skewered Cadbury Creme Egg half. (It's easier to cut the chocolate egg when straight from the refrigerator.) Spear the egg with a metal cocktail stick that has been heated in hot water.

How to make:

4. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

6. Garnish with chocolate grated over cocktail and skewered Creme Egg.
