A lovely complex Negroni. We used our own apricot jam and a gentle dash of chilli tincture in addition to the flakes.

This is the best cocktail I've found for Black Tears so far. Brings out the chocolate and coffee notes, and has a great balance between fruit and spice. Do think it needs a good vermouth - Strucchi rosso works perfectly.
